This space will also accommodate Nintendo Wii Fit competitions and free cholesterol screenings. As an added benefit, NVFC will provide a free two-day workshop, March 2 & 3 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, on how to design a health and wellness program within the fire department, with demonstrated functional fitness activities on the second day.
